Installation

1. Download the latest version from the link above.
2. Extract the compressed file:
3. • for Mac OS X: Right-click on Run_OSX.command and select Open. Confirm running the application.
   • for Linux: Double click Run_Unix.sh
   • for Windows: Double click Run_Windows.bat

Requirements

VisR requires the following to work. If you don’t already have them, download and install them before running VisRseq.

Mac OS X

1. Java SE Runtime Environment (8 or later)
2. R for Mac OS X
3. XQuartz

Linux

1. Java SE Runtime Environment (8 or later)
2. R for Linux

Windows

1. Java SE Runtime Environment (8 or later)
